| No.2 is an early 0-4-0, diamond stack, switch engine. The 'diamond stack' was designed to trap sparks and cinders, which lowered the fire hazard presented by wood burning locomotives. Two letters of the railroad company acronym can be deciphered but the railway company cannot be identified. Date, locality and photographer also remain to be determined if possible. |
